The Dukesbury

Ideal as a garden room, hobby room or home office this building adds value to

any property. With a hipped roof and contemporary style windows and doors, it's a real asset to any garden. As standard the building features a felt tiled roof in a choice of colours including red, brown, green or black. Doors can be positioned either in the centre of the buildings or to the left or right, whatever suits you.  The side window has a top opening window.

  • Internally clad with MDF grooveboard primed White

  • Internal walls have a reflective aluminium foil vapour barrier fitted before boarding

  • 18mm tongue & groove matchboard floor boards (finished size after machining)

  • Strong ex 2"x2" floor joists (45mmx45mm finished size after machining)

  • High Specification UPVC - DOUBLE GLAZED WINDOWS

  • 5' UPVC double glazed(5' wide x 6'6" high (1524mmx1970mm) or 4' wide x 6'6" high (1524mmx1970mm)

  • Chrome fixings

  • Felt Shingle (tiles) in a choice of four colours – Red, Brown, Black & Green

  • The buildings are factory spray painted to a colour of your choice, with a choice of over 18 colours.  Joinery will be painted inside and out.  Although we use primer we cannot guarantee "knots" will not surface through the paint as this is a natural phenomenon and is due to resins in the timber.
